Welcome to Duckeeper, a marketing analytics and KOL management platform designed to help brands, agencies, and creators make data-driven decisions.
By accessing or using Duckeeper, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any features of Duckeeper, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use Duckeeper.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

User Roles

Duckeeper provides two user types:

Free Users: limited access to features (e.g., AI Summary 1x/day, 2 campaigns).
Pro Users: full access to analytics and premium features via a paid subscription.

Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly at Rp 99,000 or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely via Midtrans
All payments are non-refundable once processed unless required by law.
You can cancel or upgrade your plan anytime from your account settings.

Data Usage & Privacy

By using Duckeeper, you agree that your input data (campaign information, KOL metrics, etc.) may be stored and processed to provide analytics and reporting features.
Duckeeper will never sell your personal data to third parties.

Content & Copyright

You are responsible for all content and data you input into the platform.
Duckeeper does not claim ownership of your campaign data or brand materials.
However, we may use aggregated, anonymized data for product improvement and analytics.

Limitation of Liability

Duckeeper provides insights and analytics for informational purposes only.
We are not liable for any business decisions, losses, or damages arising from the use of our data or projections.

Service Availability

Duckeeper may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service temporarily or permanently without prior notice.
We strive to maintain uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Account Termination

Duckeeper reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of Duckeeper means you accept any revisions.
